I stuck a strip of white glitter card around the spin of a black card and mat and layered the topper on to white glitter card before sticking it on to the card and building up the layers with foam pads.

I mat and layered the fun strip and mounted it on the bottom of the card, added gold and black peel offs, a white ribbon and some gold jelly roll pen to enhance the children.

Finally added a small piece of black feather and a gold sequine to the little girls hat.
