I mounted one of these toppers onto an 8 x 8 card with a holly cut out design and added the layers using sticky pads.

I added pearls round the outer edge of the Holly design and added a green insert to show through.

I finished off with a gold elasticated bow to the spine. This is simple but looks stunning
