I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I made the topper with foam pads and matted it to some blue embossed card. I stuck this to a red card and edged it with red border peeloffs.
I used letter peeloffs to write Who's Coming down the side of the card finally adding the bow and greeting.
This sheet is great fun for Dr Who fans this Christmas and is quick and easy to make.
