I started with a snowflake background which is available on craftsuprint then added the main background, I then added a thin blue frame to go around the background and then added the gnome clipart and sentiment.
I then printed the final project onto gloss photo paper, I then cut out the image and attached it to a card blank using double sided tape.
This background can be used for many different projects, the colours are bright and vibrant.
