I attached a piece of backing paper to my card and bordered it with a green glitter border. I printed this sheet onto good quality photographic paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to my backing paper and added the layers with foam pads.
I threaded the tag with silver beading and attached to the card with permanent double sided tape.
