I used an A4 piece of Navy cardstock which I folded in half then folded the front section back on itself.
I cut the design out and layered it up using raised sticky foam pads.
This was then matt and layered onto red, yellow then blue card and attached to the front of the card, overlapping the fold.
Coloured eyelets were added for decoration and the sentiment was applied to the front of the card.
