Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added frosted lace glitter glue to finish.

I punched the corners of an A5 card with a snowflake design punch, cut 2 slits and slotted my topper through the slits.
I added the layers using sticky pads and finished off with a fine gold elasticated bow to the spine
