I made a co-ordinating spring top card out of a sheet of A4 cream hammered card and backed the front with co-ordinating matching Poppy design paper.

I added my topper and added the layers using sticky pads and added my sentiment to the base to finish off.

These diamond shape toppers are perfect to use on this style of card and look so effective
