I made an easel card out of co-ordinating patterned card and mounted my topper after cutting out the centre part and trimming off the sentiment panel.

I added the pyramid layers using sticky pads and added part of the insert to act as the stopper.

I added 2 punched butterflies to finish off this quick and simple card.
