I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I layered the main topper onto a silver mirror mat and attached this to a sky-blue pearlescent base card and added the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.

A vibrant card which is very easy to make and suitable for a variety of occasions.
