Animated Moveable Decoupage Skating BearsCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the design as per instructions. I assembled the decoupage and moveable mechanism using thin foam tape and brads. I attached the design to the card also using thin foam tape.
