Golden Running Reindeer Patchoupage
Three running reindeer sporting their winter scarves on a golden and gold framed background. An easy rectangular patchoupage layer for that special finish.
Patchoupage - a shortened form of patchwork decoupage. Each card sheet has a card front and a patchwork version of it. The patches come in various shapes and sizes: squares, rectangles, hexagons etc. Most are just one layer, but some have a double layer.

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and attached the 'patchoupage' with foam pads. I layered it onto a bright blue paper and then onto a DL cream card.
I die-cut a sleigh from more of the blue paper and adhered it to a gold embossed square beside the design.
To finish I used glitter glue for highlights, a sentiment panel and faux topaz gems. This is an unusual design with an effective finish to it.
