I selected a blue A5 card and stuck Flourishes & Butterflies background paper (cup113380_5) to it. Next I cut out my Cyan Neon-Red Butterfly and attached it to the background, with the wings on 3mm sticky pads for a 3D effect.
Out came my glitter gel pens for a little highlighting in red and blue and the final touch was a white glitter Happy Birthday sentiment.
