I used a dictionary for this one and numbered all the pages in pencil before starting as I find it easier to keep my pages this way.

I then measured each page, this takes the longest.

Then once you start to fold each page it soon all comes together fairly quickly. These are so addictive and make a nice change if you want to do something different
