I backed an A5 pastel pink card with cup164335_172 (Luxury Framed Backing Paper 5)and trimmed to an exact fit. I then added this beautiful panel printed on glossy photo paper with its four panels on 2mm foam pads.
Finally I fixed the text plate below the main panel and applied a Happy Birthday peel-off which I coloured in pink to match.
