An Ode to Happiness (2)
This is another ODE to Happiness with a modified verse and different design work. This one is great for those who need a little happiness in there lives but are content with what they have.
There's an ODE on the card front and additional verse for the card inner. There are decoupage layers to embelish the front of the card.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I cut out the greeting in the centre of the circle, leaving an aperture, and put the greeting to one side.
I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card.
I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I cut away the white areas of the card including the aperture. I attached the greeting to the inside of the card so that it was visible through the aperture. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the roses and to the centre of the sunflower to enhance this lovely design.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and cut around the shape. I then added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads. I used the spare verse topper inside the card.
A great card which is easy to make and is suitable for many occasions.
