I printed this sheet onto 180gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded the base card and put holes in Ted's paws, through which I put a bronze thread and attached the bunting.
To finish I added the decoupage using foam pads.
A quick and easy card to make and a joy to work with.
