I just printed one side of this topper to make a card instead of a keepsake, but printed out twice to decoupage plenty of layers.

I matted some patterned backing paper onto a white stepper card with punched sides and mounted my topper in the centre.

I punched holes in the horseshoe and threaded organza ribbon through, curling the ribbon before fastening at the back with double sided tape.

I decoupaged using sticky pads and added 2 of the sentiments to the bottom of the stepper. I added 4 pearls to finish off this very stylish design
