I printed the top sheet onto photo paper and the insert sheet onto 120gsm paper. I cut out all the pieces and attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads.

I finished by using the insert and adding corner peel offs and 'cherish' peel off. A great card especially useful for giving to colleagues as there is ample space for everyone to sign and send their good wishes.
