I printed the insert onto 120gsm paper and the rest onto 200gsm card and cut out. I attached the main topper and insert onto a white base card and added the decoupage and sentiments using foam pads.
A super kit with a choice of toppers (all of which are cute) which is easy to make and suitable for many occasions.
