Happy Birthday Ian-multi card

A 4 sheet Ocean scene, designed to fit a 7 x 7 inch base card.

Included in the kit is a main topper with 2 frame layers, a insert, sentiment banners and various decoupage.

You can use the topper on its own or with 1 or 2 layers. I have includes various elements and decoupage so you can choose the type of card you want to make.
