printed onto smooth card. cut out and mounted onto scalloped card blank. added decoupage using foam pads and embellished with gems and ribbon
Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I added my chosen sentiment and then placed the matching insert inside to finish the card.
