Shaped New Years Champagne Bottle Mini Kit comes with folding bottle card, both sides inserts one with message panel and one blank, front new years topper, optional bow separate from bottle, round bottle labels from: 2022-2029 including a blank, miner deco. Matching envelope included.

I printed the inserts onto 120gsm paper and the rest onto 200gsm gloss card, and scored, as necessary, before cutting out.
I folded the base card and attached the inserts using wet glue.
I then added the decoupage and year using foam pads. (this kit is not just for one particular year, there are a number of dates available) A super card that is easy to make and sure to impress.
