Gnome Place Like London 2 Rocker Card Mini KitCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed onto 200gsm card and scored before cutting out. I folded the base card and attached the main topper and concertina element using wet glue. I then added the decoupage using foam pads.
A fun card that is easy to make and sure to be loved and I might add -gives a whole new meaning to changing the guard at Buckingham palace.
