This is a 3 sheet mini kit at 5.5 inches that comes with a a topper with text and a topper blank ,optional decoupage , assorted optional labels that include blank ones , a folding base including an insert area .

Labels are not on topper so you can add it if and where you choose .

The kit is also Labels to help guide you which way to fold it .
