Dancing with Mermaids 3D Flectere Card and Envelope Mini Kit

Make this beautiful 3d Flectere Card. Peer under the sea where mermaids dance in the ocean. This is a very easy card to make, glitter and glitz it up as much as you like.

There are some decoupage elements which are optional, but the lovely dimensional depth will certainly make it a keepsake. Better still it lays flat to go in the envelope which is also part of this mini kit.
