I printed the box sheet onto 250gsm white card and the card sheet onto 170gsm photo paper. I made up the little box, adding the box using foam tape. I then assembled the little tag card but did not use the paper 'ribbon' but used a white satin ribbon, instead.

There is plenty of room in this little box to add a little keepsake for the new baby.
