This topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for layering. I have added some self adhesive stones for sparkle.
Printed main image onto 220gsm card and attached to 6x6 scalloped card with dst. Attached decoupage and chosen sentiment with foam pads. Made insert to fit inside and adhered with dst.
