Cute baby Blue Two

I printed the insert onto 120gsm paper and the rest onto 200gsm card and cut out. I attached the main topper and insert onto a white base card using dst and added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads.

A cute card that is very easy to make and sure to be loved.
