Mini Kit Scallop Topper New Baby Girl

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greetings using thin foam tape.

I mounted onto an 8 By 8 card and decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads. I added google eyes to the elephant and added my chosen sentiment. I finished off with a gold elasticated bow down the spine this is so cute
