WISH UPON A STAR rocker cardCompleted by Pam Stubley
OccasionNew Baby / New Baby Girl
I printed onto 200gsm gloss card and scored, as necessary, before cutting out. I folded the base card and added the main topper using wet glue. I then added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads. A cute card that is very easy to make and sure to impress.
