Printed card base onto 200gsm and the decoupage onto matte coated paper. I siliconed the layers and used the red ribbon as a gift tag.

I printed the base design onto white card and the decoupage sheet onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut everything out.
I scored and folded the design as expected. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
The red ribbon could be added to the card or left as a bookmark.
