Wee McOwl - Decoupage Card Mini Kit
Decoupage card with a cute little owl in a kilt. The kit has 3 sheets which include the card front, insert, decoupage, sentiments and 2 gift card fronts/tags. There are 3 sentiments - Happy Birthday, Happy Father's Day, With Love - or a blank tag for your own message.
The finished size is about 7in x 7in.

I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to a backing paper and mounted the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added my choice of sentiment to finish

I downloaded onto glossy photo paper, cut out the decoupage elements, attached to the base black card with dst, inserted the matching insert to my finished card.
