Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto check paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and DST to mount the insert. I added a chain.

After printing out onto 220 gram card ,i mounted on a 7 by 7 card ,decoupaged using sticky pads ,added card candy ,then finished by adding insert.
