I printed out onto 200gsm CUP photo paper, I used an 8x8 card blank and covered it with a CUP backing paper, I matted the base image onto gold mirror card, added a black feather and mounted it to the card with foam tape.
I decoupaged the layers with foam pads & 3D glue gel. I used Ice-stickles to give it some sparkle. I used Red Stickles, Star Dust Stickles on the hat, shoes, and flowers.
With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a white 8x8 scalloped card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads and finishing off with the sentiment which I placed at the center top, this is a beautiful design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
