BalloonsCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this kit onto 200gsm photo paper at half size, ( I am experimenting with smaller cards for my customers who love the designs but not the postage).

I covered a white base card with a pink with white birds backing paper and attached the main image centrally.

I added all the decoupage using foam pads and finished by adding dark orange stars. This is a very different card and will be useful for many occasions.
