I printed onto 200 gram smooth card, cut scored and folded the card base. I added the main heart topper and decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads.

I added 2 small hearts to the right, top with one as my chosen sentiment (Anniversary) and another small heart to the bottom left.

I added a pink bow with pearl to the small hearts to finish off. This one has to be my favourite of all because I just love roses and I like the wording on the heart in this one
