Red and Black Mini KitCompleted by Lynn Butters

"WOW" describes this card. printed onto smooth card. cut out and mounted onto square card blank. added decoupage using foam pads. stuck black gem to bottom of heart. finished with black peel-offs, to which I added black gems. as it is my ruby anniversary this year, I am using this as an anniversary card, but it would be a good valentine card.
