I punched the top right corner of an 8 x 8 white scalloped edge card, then cut a slit underneath.

I mounted my topper slotting the top right corner underneath the slit and then added a sentiment badge.

I decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads and tied a co-ordinating spotty ribbon bow down the spine to finish off this stunning design
