I did not cut round the arch part and fold back as instructed as I find it much neater and sturdier to cut out completely, stick the insert to the back so no white shows and then mount over the edge onto a blank card as shown.
I punched the front edge of my card for added effect. I decoupaged using sticky pads and shaped the butterfly wings outwards. I made up the cute little matching box but did not decoupage the butterflies on the box as I wanted to add them both to my card.
The little box is so cute and would be a perfect size done in Christmas designs to hang onto your Christmas tree at Christmas.
You just need to add an handle
After printing off onto 200 gram card i mounted onto a 8 by 8 card and made up easel.I added base of card and cut round then added decoupage using foam pads .To finish i used sticky pads onto sentiment .
