I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main topper and insert onto a black base card and added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads.
A great card which is very easy to make and is suitable for a range of occasions.
I gave my base card a matte of bright orange textured card and added my 3D design. (I printed an extra copy to be able to add a 3D effect).
I used silicone to layer my 3D and added some glitter paper, and diamentes.
