I mounted onto a punched inner stepper card and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added the insert to the inside of my stepper and added part of the spare insert as a border to the bottom of my card.

I added my sentiment over the border and finished off with tiny pearls to the flowers. What a gorgeous design this is
