I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a 13.5cms card and layered all elements adding lace and a buckle to the topper before sticking down.
Added black gems and a greeting. A gorgeous design to suit a variety of occasions.

I printed onto glossy photo card. I cut a square from royal blue linen mirri card then punched with my ribbon border punch before threading with narrow gold ribbon & tying in a bow at each corner.
I mounted this onto a cream scalloped card using DST then mounted the topper. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with the matching insert.
