I printed both sheets onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded the rocker, glued the two hats together back to back and added this to the rocker.
I added all the decoupage using foam pads and added a sentiment.
I finished by adding silver 'seaside' peel offs to the card. A great card for any occasion and quick and easy to make too.
