I printed the insert onto 120gsm paper and the rest onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces.

I scored and folded the back of the shoe and added a wet glue to attach to front.

I then added the insert with dst and the decoupage using foam pads. A superb card which is very easy to make, has wow factor to spare and is suitable for a variety of occasions.
