I printed the design onto 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I scored the back of the handbag about half an inch from the top then joined the front to the back using strong double sided tape above the score line.

I also joined the handles using strong double sided tape. The bag will now stand easily on its own. I added the bows and the greeting using thin foam tape.
