I printed onto 200gsm gloss card and cut out. I attached the main topper onto a white base card and attached the main topper using wet glue and cut around the shape.
I then added the decoupage using foam pads. I added a peel off sentiment.
A striking card that is very easy to make and sure to impress, whatever the occasion.
