Happy Birthday 14Completed by Pam Stubley

I printed the insert onto 120gsm paper and the rest onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces.

I attached the insert and main topper onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads.

A super card that is very easy to make and sure to be loved by the recipient.
