I printed onto 200 gram smooth card and printed the tiles out twice to add another layer. I mounted onto a cream base card with a punched border and tied some co-ordinating spotty ribbon round finished with a bow to the front.

I made the simple folds as shown on the sheet but made 16 instead of 8. I arranged the first 8 on my star shape and then added another 8 on top, folding down the point this time.

This gives a nice 3D effect. I added a pearl button to the centre and a pearl to the centre of the bow.

I finished off with a cream Happy Birthday banner and adding a matching insert. This looks so effective, much better than my picture shows
