I reduced the size just a little so that I had a bigger border and mounted onto an 8 x 8 white scalloped edge card.
I decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads and decoupaged the flowers with thicker sticky pads.
I tied a pink ribbon bow down the spine to finish off this pretty design.
With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a cream 8x8 card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads and placing the congratulations sentiment at the center top, this is a beautiful design to welcome a new baby girl, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
